I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with everything necessary for a good stay, offering a mountain view, but sometimes it was overly warm due to the different sections and floors. The service was a bit of a letdown, with helpful and efficient staff but an unwelcoming and unfriendly attitude, particularly towards children. The location was excellent for nature lovers, being near Smolyan lakes and offering easy access to the mountains and the closest village, though quite far from Pamporovo. The dining options varied from truly awful to very good, with a good choice available. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.
